We’ll send expert personal trainers directly to you. They’ll be prepared with all equipment needed for your favorite workout. Each session is 45 minutes long and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. No more excuses – we are bringing the gym to your door.

All trainers are certified by the NCCA and must pass extensive background checks – including reference checks and criminal history. Kickboxing

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing can burn an average of 500 calories in 45 minutes. You’ll be targeting your arms, shoulders, abs, thighs, and butt in one workout. Kick and punch your way into your dream body.

Strength Training

STRENGTH TRAINING

Bodyweight and resistance training have both proved to be extremely effective for strength gains and performance improvements. Our trainers will teach you the perfect form and different work outs to target those problem areas.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) describes any workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity. You’ll burn more fat, increase your metabolism, retain muscle, and build a healthier heart. The motivation of our trainers are key to maintaining endurance.
